Carl Mattone is the President of Mattone Group, LLC., a construction and real estate development firm based in New York City. Carl F. Mattone oversees all project development, retail leasing and all aspects of construction coordination.  His previous positions within the Mattone Group include being the Vice President of Project Development and Chief Operating Officer. Carl Mattone currently serves as a Battery Park City Authority Board Member. On behalf of the Mattone Group, he is a member of the New York Developers. The Mattone Group currently manages over 1.5 million square feet of property in New York City, Georgia and Florida. In 2013, The Mattone Group announced sales a milestone of 80 percent sold at the luxury residential condo Azure located on New York's Upper East Side. The Azure penthouses underwent a brand new interior design by acclaimed designers James Rixner and Bjorn Bjornsson. Penthouses A and B are currently on the market.  Mr. Mattone is a supports numerous organizations including his alma mater Holy Cross High School where he also served on the board. Carl Mattone was recognized for his civic and philanthropic accomplishments at the Queens Courier's annual Kings of Queens Awards and networking event in 2010 and the Golden Lion Awards Dinner in April 2013 hosted by the Order Sons of Italy in America organization and New York Grand Lodge Foundation.  In October 2013, Carl Mattone was honored as "Business Leader of the Year" by The Democratic Jefferson Club in New York of Northeast Queens.   Mr. Mattone attended St. Anastasia's Grammer School, Holy Cross High School, and Iona College.
